For 31 days, we have looked at the human side of work.
How we communicate. How we build trust. How we work through friction. How we shape culture through the decisions we make every day.
No single conversation or good intention creates the workplace we want. People come to understand a workplace through what happens repeatedly: whether they are heard, whether commitments are kept, whether mistakes can be corrected, and whether their contributions are seen.
That gives each of us something to consider beyond this series.
What experience are we creating for the people who work alongside us?
Thank you for spending October with me and for reflecting on these questions. I hope one idea from this month becomes a practice you carry forward.
What is one lesson about the human side of work you want to keep?
